10.6 Update Header Issue

Hi there,

after updating to 10.6 sticky header and mobile menu isn't working. Already deactivated and activated it in Theme Options but it won't work.

All stylings are done in child-theme so.

Hi Christina,

please generate static styles once again the same as last time and all would be fine. We changed some stuff in theme and that's why static styles must be generated once again.

We are not pleased about those changes.

This is a big problem for us - we have more than 10 betheme purchases and all our style-statics are located in the child-theme. All style-statics have customizations because we style with live edit via sublime text 3 and google dev tools so we don't change anything in betheme theme options in the backend. Style-Static is always enabled first because it is way more faster for us to edit.

Now we can't simple update our other sites running betheme because all customizations in style-static would be lost when updating on 10.6.

Why did you change that? How can we fix the problem now?

We changed that because styles and some options were not working on some poor hosting services. It was necessary. So or you should use older theme version or if you want to use recent version with new features and possibilities, you must generate static styles once again. There is no workaround for that.

BTW If you added own css's for static styles files only, you should split them on the parts that comes with theme and are your own. So later, you know which one is your custom css and which comes from theme.
