Move Text in Action bar to Right Side

I would like to move the phone number and email to the right side of the action bar instead of it being on the left. I could either flip it with the social media links or get rid of the social media altogther - whichever is easier with some CSS. 

I would also like to bold the text once moved.

to move the text of Action Bar from left to the right side and to bold the text, please use the following css:

#Action_bar .contact_details { float: right !important; }
#Action_bar .contact_details li { font-weight: bold !important; }

What would I do to have text on both the right and left side of the action bar? is this possible?

I've tried inserting the code #Action_bar .contact_details { float: right !important; }

but it is not working.

I'm trying to move the action bar phone number to the right side. 

What am I missing?
