Icons are missing and no menu in responsive mode

I've been working on a site for a small charity. The address is newstyle.forliving.org
For some reason the MFN icons aren't working on my site. They seem to have been replaced by small boxes. I've ensured that the fonts are on the server, which they are, and I've also spoken to the hosting company in case there was something server side that was prohibiting the font from being viewed. My hosting company has come back and said that everything is good at their side. Could someone give me some possible suggestions to fix this please?
I've also viewed the site on a smartphone and for some reason the menu isn't displaying. I've probably hit a button on the backend of the site and that turns this off, but could someone give me a pointer as to what I've done wrong?

as you can see on the following screenshot http://pasteboard.co/xEb0maI.png you have many JS errors that are unrelated to theme. Those errors might be related with extra plugins or just with settings on server side. Please fix them first and all should be fine.
