Adjust menu elements AND search bar

Hi there, I am trying to make the menu container as minimalistic as possible.

what I want is to have the three elements (two menu elements and the search bar) have the same space to each other and the same font (all Oswald and all regular (not bold)... can you please assist or would that be too custom?
