Adding a full width background image to header area

I want to add a full width background header image.

Would you be able to show/tell me how to accomplish this where it looks fluid?

Ok. So to set full width background image for the top bar, you need to use the following css:

#Top_bar { background-image: url('path-to-the-image') !important; background-size: cover !important; }
