On the top of the car rental pages, how to remove the starry background in the header.  I have already turned minialist on and it is still coming up

Where do you have starry background on car rental? Do you mean header background? Because if this is what you mean, then you can remove it with below css:

body:not(.template-slider) #Header_wrapper { background-image: none !important; background-color: #000 !important; }
