Change language in blog page

Hello,

I'm using the ECO Themes for my site.

Could you kindly tell me if is it possible to change the language in the blog post.

I mean the one that automatically come out like : 

Read More (in italian should be Continua a leggere)

you can change these texts under Theme options > Translate section.
