Front Page Stuck on Mobile Mode on Computer Browser

My front page is suck on mobile display. I've zoomed in and out several times, I've looked through the menu options. Activating "Responsive" shouldn't cause this. Can you tell me why this might occur?

Well damn. My fault. Try now. And to be clear, the header looks normal, but all my footers are stacked vertically like it's in mobile mode. Aren't they supposed to be side-by-side?
