Moving BeTheme license not possible
Hi guys,
Some time ago we bought my third license of BeTheme via Envato.
We bought the first 2 with a different account (id: hofergrafik) than the last one (id: webmark487).
I asked the Envato Market Help Team, if I could transfer this license to our company account - but unfortunately they told me, that it is not possible to rename the license and move the item to another account (for technical reasons). Should I need a new name on the license, repurchasing would be necessary.
The thing is, I always post my discussions in the muffingroup forum with our company account (id: hofergrafik) - and this will be like this in the future, otherwise I would have the whole discussion history and the bookmarked discussions distributed throughout multiple accounts.
So, if I post a new discussion in the forum and you ask me about the respective website, where the described problem occurs, I would give you the URL of the website (which is not related to this forum account) and you would tell me, that I broke the license in referral to the Item Support Policy.
How could we handle this in a proper way?

you should create new account which you used to purchase new license and ask questions from newly created account. Or, if we will notice that you broke the license using current account, we will ask you to send us private message as a kind of confirmation.
