probably link to portfolio is wrong or something wrong happened with .htaccess file. In this case make sure that everything is ok with .htaccess and link to portfolio page is properly.
You must contact with hosting provider about .htaccess file. But link to portfolio item you should check yourself. You can also paste it here and we can have a look on it.
