How I can translate the Popup Contact Form?

It's set in admin BeTheme Options>Footer>General>Extras>Popup contact form | Shortcode

but how I can change the CF7 form based on language selected?

Yes, it is possible to translate it with String Translation tool.

I tried but String Translation tool can't find the text.

Is there any way to insert two different Popup Contact Form Shortcode on BeTheme Options on admin side depending on language?

Example:

if language is IT then shortcode is [contact-form-7 id="2959" title="Popup Contact Form"]

if language is EN the shortcake is [contact-form-7 id="2960" title="Popup Contact Form - EN"]
