How to change the header height on blog pages ?

if you go to this address : http://www.goldenvans.com/mercedes-sprinter-311-cdi-lwb-white-2/
you will see that there is an excess space in the header area which does not look good. and also the post titles are grey, I want them white.
is it possible for you guys to give me the css code to edit the height of the header in blog pages and also to edit the title text colors?
