I want to set all fonts used on site as one font: Say Open Sans, or Arial, or Philospher? 

Can this be done? for all content headings etc?

yes, it is possible. You can set up fonts under Theme options > Fonts > Size & Style section.

We suggest to disable cache because looks like this destroy all your styles.
