What do you recommend for SEO
Hello I want to ask you what is best for SEO: use the fields that come with BE THEME or install a seo plugin.
What I want is to get the best results, in the shortest possible time.
And if it is with a plugin which is more compatible with the theme All in one seo or yoast seo.

we can not answer on this question because it depends on you only. Built-in seo fields are enough for many users but for some are not and then they usually use Yoast plugin. So you should decide yourself if you would like to use built-in seo fields or you prefer to use 3rd party plugins like Yoast.
