Fonts and Styles do not change

Hello,

I recently bought BeTheme. I have been going through the learning curve thus far taking one step at a time.

One major bottleneck that I have currently is with the fonts and styles.

- Fonts do not change even if I change the settings under the theme options.

- Title and header styles (size, font etc) appear to be in the same size as the contents making it very difficult to differentiate between them.

Is there a simple solution for this?

do they not change in backend at all (can't be saved) or just do not appear in front-end?

Do you use latest theme version? And is your wordpress installation free of any cache "addons"?

I guess I use the latest theme. It was installed very recently.

There are no cache plugins that I use currently.

Just to clarify; my Betheme version is 5.6. But I use the child theme for the site.

Can it be due to the fact that the visual composer is not activated? It always returns a message "Invalid licence key". Don't know why!!

No, Visual Composer is not a problem at all. Please send us access to your dashboard on pm with explanation what you exactly did and we'll have a look on it.

I am having the same issue with the styles not updating. I changed them initially and then back again and now the headings all stay the same font.

I have installed the Model demo under 5.9, but it is rather different from your own. Font styles don't show any difference between simple text, titles, menues and so on and I don't understand how and where try to change them. Idem for the menu bar, that at now is in white and also without any style.
At this moment the site isn't public so let me know where I can grant an access for you so can you see the problem.

Hello, my problem is that I can't change Font Family - whatever I choose there is always Arial for every kind of fonts.

So the same problem is with Font Size - I set font size and I click Save Changes but nothing happens.

Next problem is with section Translate. If I turn it on and I click Save Changes it is still Off.

Hello guys, I have exactly the same problem, I have just installed the latest version 5.9 but unfortunately it does not help.

font size fields are empty (only after installation there were a numbers but after saving with other size it disapeared)

font family always back to arial

and translate is still Off

Guys, it would be good to know which hosting service you use for your sites. If most of us are using the same host, it could be an issue with the server. I am using bluehost.

I am facing multiple issues with fonts and styles. All fonts (text and headings) have the same size and fonts. It will not change even if you set it differently.

I had to apply some codes to get the font size changed. But the font family is a challenge.

@CharlesSoans The problem is not hosting itself but server settings and it is up to your hosting administrator. We use OVH but our server also must be configured properly first.

I have lost some on my font stylings too, with version 6.0. They are all still set in the theme options but are not showing on the website front end. This was not an issue until the latest update.

Any ideas or fixes for this?

i tried to change the font using the custom fileld with upload font files, and just succed with CSS....

in aditiion i didnt succeed to change the font color/icon color etc. with the theme options.

@yanivcohen You are not able to change styles because style.php does not work on your side. Please look at http://www.benprod.co.il/wp-content/themes/betheme/style.php?ver=6.2 to see what we mean. This error is not related with theme so you must look problem somewhere else.

@mishita In your case it is Internal Server Error what you can see on http://gastro-guia.com/wp-content/themes/betheme/style.php?ver=6.3 and you must definitely contact with hosting administrator.

With the latest update we are having trouble changing colors and styles in the theme options panel and getting them to show up right away. We have wiped our database files and installed the theme on a new wordpress installation and no luck. We have to set a color and wait a few minutes just to see the change. For example: the header bg color change does not take effect instantly, and it seems to be using the styles-color.php file.
