Visual Composer Unicode problem

Hello;

I have problem with visual composer Unicode.

In the pages, its display Arabic right in Muffin builder, but does not display correct in Visual composer.

I also used MPC and asked them they said: 

Please contact with your hosting administrator - you'll probably need to enable MultiByte Strings function on your server.
