Layer Static through all slides without fading in and out

I thought i saw somewhere to make a layer stay put through all slides. Having a brain fog and was wondering if you could point me to this setting or a screen shot of how I can do this. I wanted the button with links under it to say current through all slides without the fading.

To be honest we do not know any setting like that. Maybe it is possible but we do not know all slider settings because this is just not possible to know them all

ok is there a way to make the slider background image responsive. I noticed it you use an image as a layer it shrinks down with the screen but as a background image like I have not it doesnt?

No, this is not possible because this is css background and that's why it is technically not possible. Resized can be only html images.
