Insert image description in portfolio slide

Hi,

In Betheme Options -> Portfolio, I choose " Masonry Minimal " with " Disable Details/ Only Popup Image ".

Is't possible to show image description on popup image ( next to ex. 13/14 on white bar ) ?

I hope to found a solution
