How to add sub navigation menu under the home page slider?

I want to add second menu/sub menu after the home page slider to go to section down...

e.g. Menu = About | Work | Skills | Message

click on About jump to About Section,  But i need Top Main also for Inner Pages.

I have already added ID's to Sections on Home page, now i want to add dynamic menu add after the slider. But Top Main still needed for inner pages. Let me know if there is any item in "Add Item" option.

I want to create drop down 2nd menu after the slider in Khaaksar-tehreek Page, same like http://www.beecastle.com website.

Sure, we may consider it when we will get more requests about it and when we finish features and fixes that currently await in queue. Please understand that we can not add any feature you just want because lot’s of users uses poor hosting services and more options/features means higher server requirements. So if we will do necessary tests and decide that it does not charge server resources to much, then we will consider adding it of course.

I this thing is not big deal,  add new menu as a drop-down menu in be-theme menus... and then link them through IDs with different sections in page.

For Example: 

www.xyz.com/aboutus

there are three sections in this page ( Bio, History, Write us)

Give and ID to each sections, (Bio. id="bio", History. id="history", Write Us id="writeus") in About Us page body.

now in sub-menu use these urls in custom link:

www.xyz.com/aboutus/#bio

www.xyz.com/aboutus/#history

www.xyz.com/aboutus/#writeus

Let me know about this method, I hope so it will work..
