Responsive email subscription popover forms

Hello, 

I've created buttons that open email subscription forms as a popover. Email subscription forms are created with Aweber email service. The popover forms look ok for browser, but they are too wide for mobile phones. How I would be able to get the forms to be mobile responsive? unfortunately it is not possible to make them responsive in popup.
