installation of demo beprint

I tried to install the beprint demo, but the image are noto downloaded, can you told me why?

the version that is installed is already 17.4, but all is loaded widthout any image

When you import the demo do you have import media enabled?

please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Hi,
I found the server have put your ip address on blacklist and for this reason the image was not downloaded from your site.
I removed the ip for blacklis and all is working fine.
