is it possible to add pagination to masonary style image gallery?

I want to place in a column of a post, 60 photos but with pagination, 10 photo for each step.

As I understood wp galerry pagination requires extra plugin. but because masonry style can be applied to galleries in betheme,
may be we can paginate with a shortcode variable, can we?
