What happens to my licenses after I retire?

Hi Guys
thanks for your fantastic help over the last year or so with BeTheme help and support, well I am retiring this May and have appointed another agency to take over the admin of my websites, what happens with my licenses?
also Envato/Themeforest logins and updates to the theme once I am no longer involved?

Hi,

Just give the account to the agency, they will be able to look into these licenses. There is no way of transfering the licenses.
