Go to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>portfolio and select the min portfolio page, then use the options to set the amount of portfolio items per page.

It does not work. I put 30 and only load 20 ... Also I only load the grip, auqnue choose another option does not load, and it is not by the cache What happens?

I visited your link again and i see that this portolio page is a default page, have you selected it as a portfolio page?
