Does Shortcodes Ultimate plugin compatible with the BeTheme?

I installed the "Shortcodes Ultimate" plugin but I cannot see them on Muffin builder. Does the plugin compatible with BeTheme?

Also, I want to add vertical space to make layout as I desire. Please advise

Does "Vertical Spacer" available in BETHEME?

You could just add an empty section and edit it, then add some padding to create height on this element.
