Asking for Recipient Name/Email/Message before add to cart issue

Hello,

On all of my products my customers now have to fill out name, email and a message before they can add a product to the cart. I am unsure how this is even in there!! Can someone assist me in removing these text entry fields!

I just added an item to cart and did not have to fill anything. Did you fix it?
