Visual Composer buttons not visible on product page

Hi Guys,

the Visual Composer buttons Frontend and Backend are not visible on the product pages and therefore i can not incorporate the visual composer elements into the product page. The Frontend and Backend buttons show fine on regular pages but not product pages. Why is this happening and how to fix it, thank you.

Hi,

please go to your FTP server, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. So when using FTP where do i upload this phpinfo() Function ? in the HTML folder or in wp-admin, wp-content or wp-include ? thanks

Hi Sorry I found my asnwer in the tutorial video, its says save it in html folder so i did this and here is the link to that phpinfo.php file..

sftp://[email protected]/home/o1e43612874661/html/phpinfo.php

It does not work, you need to create it inn your main FTP directory, and send me an URL to this file, not the ftp link.
