How to remove underline from Tooltip shortcode

I need to remove the dotted underline from the shortcode "Tooltip". I don't know the css for this...
Anybody any ideas?

As you can see on the right side, the non-smoking sign has a dotted line, because it's a tooltip link.
I don't want this line to be displayed, it should only show the tip on mouse-over.
