WooCommerce Update

Hi,

I've recently updated to the latest WooCommerce 3.0 but now I am unable to use the BeTheme Options to edit my website.

Could you please tell me how to fix this?

Hi,

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Hi,
Please contant your hosting provider and disable the suhosin script, it lowers all of your settings. Also increasing the memory_limit from 128mb to 256mb would be nice, but the suhosin must go.

Hi,
there is only one script and it is on your server. You will need to contact your hosting provider to remove it.

Yes, there is no other suhosin script. Do not let them fool you that this is for security. It is lowering your server limits therefore not letting the theme work correctly.
