visual composer" and "layer slider - install and find my Activate Codes
Iam not a pro user // i just install the Be-theme but the "visual composer" and "layer slider" are not install - Because of missing of license but in the version i buyed of Be-theme // should these be inbuilt ! How to install and find my Activate Codes for the two plugins?

When you buy betheme you have all those plugins bundled. They do not need activation. Just go to install plugins and install/update them there, look: http://prntscr.com/f3xnfo
You could buy the plugin also and then you need to activate it to have the premium options.
