Bulk change of the Custom HTML fields

Hello,

We've changed domain name for our website so we had to make a global replace of old site name to new one in all filed and DB tables.
We made that with a help of Wordpress recommended utility however it doesn't change data in a fields that are represened as Custom HTML in Visual Composer. 
We found out that all content in that fields is stored in encoded form.
How to make a domain name replacement in those fields in bulk?
