Parallax row image problem

Hello! I have a row that has a background image and has parallax activated. Now, that row is devided into 4 rows, and each one has an element. The image I set as a background is wider than actually displayed. How can I make the background image of that row to be display its full width?

this is because the image is set to cover not conain. Please edit it and change the background size to contain. See here: http://prntscr.com/f96o4w

Still not working.

It is working, but since this is a parallax background you will not be able to see the whole picture as you would on a normal background.

I know but I want the background to be full width... I want to see the elements on the sides.. and why if I take out some elements it starts to shrink?

Sorry but there is nothing we can do here. This is how parallax works and there is little we can do about it.
