How to disable RTL (or enforce a div to go LTR), ex: rev slider, shortcodes display oddly in RTL

How do I disable the RTL direction with WPML on some elements example:

Example address is LTR, and it shows weirdly by displaying the digits at the end of line instead of first:

Example the Rev Slider is showing the "periods ." on the left side, while the wording is LTR:

Thanks for the help. I tried to search around the forum, but I couldn't find anything related to this issue.
