SQL Table in responsive mode

I have an SQL query output to a table which displays fine in desktop. On a mobile device only the first few columns are shown and can't be scrolled. I've turned off responsive and the table shows fine but the menu that is available in desktop disappears. Can either the table be displayed in responsive or the menu displayed with responsive off?

Thank you for the reply but that didn't work how I wanted. That has put the table into a single column with the column titles all at the top and the content listed below. I would prefer the desktop menu on a mobile device if possible.
