Custom not working on the other computers

Hello There!, I'm using betheme Writer  and i want to add a custom font "bebas neue", it works on my computer where i download and install the custom font "bebas neue", then if i open the site on the other computer or mobile device the font bebas nenue is not working.. can help?

Please upload this font to theme options>fonts>custom
remember to upload each format.

hello i already upload the font in theme options > fonts >custom. it works on installed computer, but when you open in the other computer the custom font is not working

Are we talking about this font: "Bebas neue",Arial,Tahoma,sans-serif" ??
It is working fine.

on PC can't show custom font.

I used to upload all formats already, but on my MAC it looks great, not on PC.

do you mean it does not show the font or it looks worse on PC?

it could look worse on PC probably because Macs have retina screens.
