Hi, Sorry but this is not possible with theme options. You can only add the flag switcher to the top bar right which you can enable in theme options>header&subheader>extras
Please know that in practice you could add the flags as a custom menu in wordpress and then setting it in the manage locations as the social menu top but you would have to do it on your own. thanks
