Our Team- Content element

HI 

Ive got a few Our Team content element and when viewed in responsive (landscape on phones/ smaller tablets) with a square image the border goes full width but the image doesn't resize to fit leaving a blank area to the right.

Is there any way to make the image 'fit' or to keep the border to the image?
