Multisite - Updating BeTheme - Resolved
Hi there.
i have create a website at multisite.
i had on betheme 17.8.2 and child theme and upload through ftp and cpanel the new version 17.8.4
i followed the same process as i did before but this time although that everything else was functional the header (logo and main menu) were white.
Should i follow a different process when it comes to multisite?
the process i did in details:
- upload the betheme (new version) as zip file to the folder themes
- rename the current folder to betheme-old
- unzip the new version
- went to the website backend and save the betheme child font options.
- refresh and see the result i ve mention above.

ps: i return the previous version and now it shows again the header (logo and main menu) normally.
edit: i ve tried the update to another (no-multisite) and it disappeared also from there.. does it have to do with the child-theme ? if yes how do i backup the version changes that i ve made?
