Header Width in Creative Left: Open

Hello,

I changed the width of my header to be smaller using this code:

#Header_creative { width: 200px !important; }

What css would I use to  get my content to the right of the menu to move over so there is no space between the menu and the content?

	padding-left: 200px !important;
}
