Menu Items Not Centered, Off to Left Side & Menu Items Dissapear

I'm having two issues.
  1. The Menu items are not centered, for whatever reason it's all left justified: http://882.4b8.myftpupload.com/home/
  2. When you shrink the width of the browser (In Google Chrome anyway) the menu items disappear all together.
Please Help!

    Hello.
    If you are using the split menu, please create two menus ( left and right ) and then go to manage locations and set the left menu and the right menu there. Here is a screen: http://prntscr.com/fbvun4

    The menu dissapears because it switches to a responsive hamburger menu icon. You do not see it because you have set it to white on a white background.
