Portfolio names centered and main header title white

Hello,

I'm setting up a page just like this http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/home/products/. Is there a way to center the products names under the pictures?

Also I need to translate the ALL category name into Italian but I couldn't find where to change it.
Also how can I make the page title white (I tried changing h1 color but it doesn't work).

You can translate this in theme options>translate>blog&portfolio, see here: http://prntscr.com/fc9fej
For the centering, use this custom css 

.portfolio_group .portfolio-item .desc .title_wrapper h5 {
	text-align:center !important;
}

Hello,
I'm traslating the website in english and now I have the opposite problem

I translated the string ALL into italian as you suggested me (see previous message), but now it is translated into Italian in the English page, too.

See http://www.atomdivani.it/prodotti/ for italian and http://www.atomdivani.it/en/products/ for english.

How can I do? 

I'm not using WPML but POLYLANG plugin.

Sorry but we do not support polylan, in WMPL you have the string translation plugin for WPML which translates any string on the website.
