Invalid Related Product Category/Item

Hi! I have two main category for my products (tabs and binders) but in single product view it shows the other category and product as a related product.

Also, I would like to show at least 3 related products since it's only showing one.

It shows the related products like this because at least one category is the same in those products. This is why they are related. If you want more related products, go to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>shop and set it there, look: http://prntscr.com/fcnfyb
