adding a category or something on the bottom so i dont have to have on the top menu bar

Then if you can i would like to know to to add on the bottom of the page a list of link in the foot part of the page in a row. where it says on my page 2017 setting etc.

Hi,
If you want a menu in the footer, go to appareance>widgets and set a menu widget to one of foter widget spaces.
