How Do I Translate The Content On My Homepage and Other Pages From Imported Template?

I understand that you need the WPML plugin to translate to multiple languages, but how do I translate from English to Hebrew without that plugin? That'a the only launguage I want my website to use.

    In the "translate" tab of the theme options I don't have a way to edit all the text on the website.

    If you set your main language to Hebrew then the wordpress will be in that lang. as well.
    The translate tab has many words you can translate and the rest you need to translate manually.
    What can you not translate?
