Menu is cut off at the edges (of the box)

I've the problem that the menu is cut off at the edges of my boxed Website.

Is there a possibility to make the menu overlay the box?

   width: 250px !important;
}

After inserting the custom css nothing change.

The code seems to only change the width. I need the overlay at the bottom ...

Use this css, this will set a min-height for the Content, there is no other way of doing this.

@media (min-width:767px) {
	#Content {
		min-height:400px;
	}
}
