Muffin Options is not showing

When I click on Appearance > BeTheme Options, I see the layout but there's no content in any of the tabs. Here's a video demonstrating: https://screencast.com/t/tO48yzPCcp

I've tried uninstalling the theme and reinstalling a fresh file (downloaded from themeforrest), but it's still the same issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

  • Hi,

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. For more details about file creation, please visit https://mediatemple.net/community/products/dv/204643880/how-can-i-create-a-phpinfo.php-page

    Thanks!
  • I just encountered the same issue as Gaorli. We are creating the php file. Who do we send the link to?

    Thanks!
  • Miraculously, mine seems to be working fine now. Didn't do any changes. But I think the content started showing after I clicked on the "Save Changes" button. Strange.
  • Hey support, the issue is back again. The content is showing sometimes, but not other times.
I've create the phpinfo file and you should be able to see it here: http://staging.coac.org.my/phpinfo.php

    Thanks!
  • @ReliaMax please send the link here, but the issues that may cause this are the ones listed below.
    @Gaorii
The issue is caused by the limits on your server, please:
    1. Disable the suhosin script on your server
    2. Increase max_input_vars
    3. Increase memory_limit
    4. Increase the PHP version
To do this you may need to contact your hosting provider.

  • Hey Support,

The hosting provider was able to complete task #2-4, but says that they can't do #1 as "the suhosin script does not installed on the server".

I've tested the Muffin Option and it seems to be okay now. Is there something more to look out for since #1 did not get resolved?

    Cheers!
  • The suhosin script is no longer avalible, they must have disabled it.
If the theme works fine, please carry on :)
  • Hey Support,

I'm new and have the same problem.
You can find the php-file at www.code1882.de/phpinfo.php

    Thanks!
