theme options dont work

Hi, my theme options dont work. It used to but today it just dont work anymore. The options menu page is there but nothing happens, none of the options are opened. What it could be? The site is working well but i cant change any option anymore!

    I realized that trouble was because of a plugin. "Inbound now PRO" was installed after the installation of the theme. I installed the Inbound Now landing page, CTA and leads plugin before the theme. The PRO version is a plugin that control the other three. How can i install a plugin after the theme installation? Even if i install every plugin i want before, someday could have another plugin that doesnt existed before. Every time i need a new plugin i have to remove the betheme, do the plugin activation then install the betheme again? Or there is something more easy? The Envato WordPress Toolkit can resolve that kind of question? Or a child theme? Thanks!

    Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy clearly states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately we cannot be of any help to you.

    I understand, but i think you can answer what i have to know. When the betheme installation is going on there is an observation to install every plugins before the betheme. What i want to know is how i can install a plugin after the betheme installation. Does i have to uninstall the betheme, instal the plugin, then install betheme again? With a child theme is better or easier? And which kind of plugin do you support? Codecanyon perhaps? And with the plugins that you support, do i have any trouble to install them after the betheme installation?

    on the righ side.
    It does not matter if you install the plugins before the theme installation or after.

    Ok, so with these plugins i won't have any compatibility issue?
    The link above go to the betheme page. There i click the "plugin" menu option and go to that link: https://codecanyon.net/category/wordpress?_ga=2.77126869.1195520764.1496847246-412275566.1496847246 . These are the compatible plugins right?
    Another question, my support period is ending. If i do not renew it i can continue to use the betheme but i can´t get any support or update again or just the support is over and the updates continue? Thanks again, these explaination are very helpfull for me.

    If your support period is ending you can extend it on the theme page, https://themeforest.net/item/betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7758048
    If it will end you can use the theme normally and update it but you cannot ask for any support.

    In theory every plugin will work with betheme since it is a wordpress theme but in practice some plugins could not work.
