Interactive Background + JavaScript

Is there a way to add something like this as the background of a page? I'd like to set an interactive background on my homepage, but not sure where to add the javascript. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm just seeing this response, sorry. So is there any way I can add my own js to each page? I am not a developer by any means, I just copy and paste
