Dashboard and Site Not Working After Page Update

Hi, after updating a product page, the dashboard completely stopped working. Every time I click on a link in the dashboard a 'save as' window pops up. Also, when I visit the site, it just prompts a 'save as' window as well and the site can not be viewed. Please help.

this problem is often caused by any cache plugins or server side cache.
Please also try to disable all plugins.
You page is under contruction, we cannot see it.

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. We would advise increasing the php version on your server to 7.0 and the value of max_input_vars.

There is also server cache which could be responsible for your problems. Please contact your hosting provider.
