How can I change the font size and color of items in Countdown (days, hours, minutes, seconds)?

you can do this with this css

.quick_fact .number-wrapper {
    font-size: 60px !important;
    line-height: 60px !important;
    color:red !important;
}

In mobile device (iPhone5) ss it possible that the items in the countdown are arranged one after the other?(like we see on desktop or tablet)

this is not possible, they would be impossible to read that way since they would be too small.
